Simen succeeds departing legal expert Ramón Navarro Marttinen, who steps down after three successful years with Edudata.io. The recruitment marks a seamless continuation of high-level legal advice, structured compliance processes, and dedicated service for all Swedish education providers.
Simen joins Edudata.io with a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and general data protection, along with extensive experience working with Compliance as a Service (CaaS) solutions. Rather than providing purely theoretical legal advice, he focuses on implementing structured compliance routines in daily operations.
– I have a background mainly in compliance, regulatory affairs, and general data protection rather than specific educational law. My primary contribution will be breaking down an extensive regulatory framework into clear, manageable processes. The goal is to provide school authorities with a working structure so that legal certainty is maintained without creating unnecessary administrative burdens.
